Aura - Privacy Policy

Aura is a puzzle game developed by Sandborg ("we", "us"). Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

Aura collects minimal, anonymous data to improve the game experience:

• Anonymous device identifier — a randomly generated ID (not your Apple ID or device serial number) used to distinguish players in aggregate analytics.
• Gameplay data — which puzzles you solve, how long they take, and your score. This helps us understand which puzzles are too hard or too easy.
• Diagnostic events — technical events like screen transitions and error states that help us fix bugs.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• No personal information (no name, email, phone number, or address)
• No location data
• No photos, contacts, or files from your device
• No advertising identifiers
• No tracking across other apps or websites

In-App Purchases

Aura offers an optional one-time purchase to unlock the full game. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment information.

Third-Party Services

Anonymous gameplay and diagnostic data is stored using Supabase, a cloud database service. No personal data is sent to Supabase or any other third party.

Children's Privacy

Aura does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The game does not require an account and collects no personal information from any user.

Data Retention

Anonymous gameplay data is retained for up to 12 months to help improve the game, then deleted.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
